Based on your question, you are. And a moron to boot. Of course they can't melt. Either the CO2 part or the much more hypothetical water ice part. There is insufficient air pressure for there to be a liquid state of either. So they go directly to the gas phase.

I know, I know. Those are just facts. And that just isn't for the fantasy-based like you...
