I can't imagine that Microsoft would develop and market a system that allows people to copy songs from CDs and then distribute them all over the place as many times as they want. The record companies would have a fit. The Zune fact sheet says "selected" sample tracks can be shared, but doesn't say how they are to be selected. It also says that not all tracks will be available for sharing, but again, doesn't say how that will be determined. - Allen
