Harry....the stop price is not guaranteed on the downside on an otc issue. Nasdaq777, no stop price is ever guaranteed (downside or upside). The stop price is only a trigger. When a stock trades through at your stop price, your stop is hit. At that point, your stop order turns into either a market order or a limit order, depending how you specified your trade. You can specify stop or stop limit. Harry
