Mike, I've mentioned FreeEdgar in a couple of other threads, but I don't remember seeing it mentioned here. The URL is: freeedgar.com It is, IMO, by far the best around for SEC filings. The WatchList is very useful for document junkies (like me :)). The Beta programs they have are good enough that they might even convince you that MS produces something useful < ;) >. All kidding aside, from everything I have had to do with them, they are simply great people. Every convern I've expressed, every comment I've made has been met with superlative response. They really want to do it right - and it shows. The stuff they have coming will be great as well. Take a look. Linden
