I just started reading it.. It seemed to be organized well.. Pricey book (publ 2002, price US49.95) and since I am cheap bugger, I always get my books from the library.. Unfortunately, with our library system, there is only 2-3 copies of this book, city wide, so I will be able to keep it only 3 weeks if there is a hold on it.. Let you know what I think if I ever get thru it..
