I would absolutely support Gore. He won it once before. I have to think he could keep the votes he got last time and at least a portion of those that voted for his opponent then. There is no question that his ridiculed "lock box" suggestion for Social Security would have been the proper course instead of the massive tax cuts for the rich and raids on the trust fund that have ensued. Iraq needs to stop being the dominant theme in American life and return to being the trivia question it used to be. We have to have a national strategy for energy and global warming. The times seem to be calling for Gore.....
