The Aug. 6 briefing was on information from the 1990's. It said AQ intended to attack America. Hardly a surprise.

Clinton's very effective anti Al Qaida operation LOL The Clinton adm had opportunities to kill OBL or have him delivered to us, and turned them down.

If Gore had been president, he would have had Richard Clarke and others watching the situation much more closely, as they did in 1999 when they stopped the LAX bombing attempt.

The LAX bombing attempt was stopped by an alert border guard. The US got lucky that time.

Under Bush, Al Qaida and its allies have grown much stronger and more entrenched

That's why they have hit us with all those additional followup attacks on America they promised. Wait, there haven't been any.

and Bush's so-called ally Pakistan is now officially protecting Osama and his crew with a new truce and promise not to bother him in his stronghold. This after Bush paid Pakistan 2 billion dollars in 2002.

We don't know for sure he is in the border area - he might be hiding in a Pakistani city, which is where all the other AQ big names we've captured were. The situation in Pakistan is fluid. I think Mushareff has seen the divisions in our country and figures we're weaker for it. Good job, Democrats!
