The ACLU isn't what it used to be, Chris. The only thing the ACLU cares about nowadays is stripping the Pledge of Allegiance of the "Under God" phrase and removing 10 Commandment signs from public property. Those things impact no one and make no one's lives better or more secure. What they should be doing is investigate the corruption in the White House and Congress and the impacts of the concentration of power and money in the hands of corrupt officials that threatens our Democracy. In addition, they should be investigating and suing corrupt lobbyist groups that bribe corrupt officials in Washington, which again threatens our civil liberties and the value of our vote. Instead they spend more time on securing the rights of Immigrants, instead of securing the foundering rights of American citizens. The ACLU has become an organization of idiots for idiots. They do very little that's worthwhile anymore.
