Yes they are MA indicators. The actual graph line is the faint black line behind them. Clearly CASH is under-performing the market, don't you agree ? I sure would hate to be of those who one rush to cash for my safety (but that's another subject ) As a matter of fact do you see the tick - up a few days ago ? Thinking that it signaled relative strength in the dollar I sold some S&P500, only to be whip-sawed !
