Mind,

Lizzie and I had a 'discussion' on this car. It's nothing more than an exotic toy at this point, that uses VERY expensive lithium ion batteries, and isn't even made by Tesla. It's basically a Lotus that is electrically powered. Unless there are some DRAMATIC battery breakthroughs you won't be seeing anything in the way of 'mass' production with this kind of range. This is basically nothing more than a six figure toy (you can buy a real sportscar with better performance for much less) at this point.

PS - This is another in a 'very' long line of boutique carmakers, the vast majority of which fail. Names like DeLorean and Bricklin come to mind, although they were much bigger....
