NDT drops in Voisey excitement?

Is all the Donner Excitement related to Project 79? If so Why is Donner gaining and NDT losing. With all the rumors of CWA hitting something good on the Cirque you think this would have a very positive impact on NDT. The Layfield property directly below the Cirque is 50% owned by NDT. Layfield was also up large today. I feel that NDT is sitting in a very good situation as Voisey starts to heat up.
