I got a chuckle out of your lawn care comment. I do the same thing here, little, or no water during the hot season. I mow very seldom and it looks like one or two more for this year will take care of it. I have a tiny back yard, mostly deck, but it takes about ten minutes to mow with a small electric mower. No gasoline for that. Cheapest gas in this area was $2.66 for last week's fillup. Paper says we're about 50c higher than the nation. Don't know why.
