If you go trawling in a cesspit, don't be surprised at the lumpy bits. But a lunatic extremist site is not representative of the other 1.6bn Muslims who aren't trying to kill anyone.

Do you feel that every western leader should denounce every bit of hatred mouthed by any of our bottom-dwelling citizens in some vile little playpen on the web? Of course not.
