Your argument is totally irrelevant to the issue.

Attacks have been called off because of concern about collateral damage. For that matter if there was no concern about collateral damage we wouldn't put our soldiers at as much risk we would just level whole towns in they had a high concentration of enemy combatants (like Assad did with Hama)
