"Perhaps you and/or other posters can provide some names of Contrarian investments that you have made in the past. Explain a few of the reasons that convinced you that this was a special situation and the approach you took to obtain a position (writing Put options, average in over a specific time period, or out right buy at capitulation). This will provide some insights to how a successful contrarian investor thinks."
