While I'd tend to agree on that one, it's hard to imagine an explanation more absurd than the theory that compressed air caused the violent ejection of debris, in progressive sequences, 15 floors below the progression of the collapse.

For the compressed air theory, the first thing you'd have to explain is why the air pressure was concentrated on a single floor, in a single location, 15 stories below the progression of the collapse. Why the observed effect resulted in a short burst of debris, rather than as a plume that continued to vent air as the collapse progressed to that point. Why the air didn't simply escape at the point of collapse. And, if the air pressure was so great, why it didn't simply blow out a few windows immediately below the collapse progression, rather than 15 floors ahead of the collapse.
