Rambling is good! I think it helps a lot to put your thoughts down on paper, so to speak. Putting them on paper for everybody to read merely keeps you more honest than you otherwise would be. I think that is true--If I had to go back and read my messages, I'd find a third are bullshit (but seemed true enough at the time) a third are unintelligible, and a third redundant (repeating myself, or repeating other folk's ideas). That might be leave a couple dozen that hold some useful insight or observation. I suppose there are some messages that are simply archived stuff I want to find later--using the keyword search to put me back on a path. I'm glad I finally subscribed; keyword searches of bygone biotech eras is sometimes useful.
