Some teens are so developed and mature, they really qualify as adults in all categories except a passage of the age marker, so we get squeemish in the courts over things like the recent rise in teachers having relations with older boys.

This type of stuff though... hold my horse back a second.

We need to charge these guys who kidnap, imprison, and rape teenagers, as heinous criminals who get whatever is the maximum in that state. I would be OK with the death penalty on this one.
