Intel had given some very specific targets for mobile shipments for every mobile CPU for each month through the end of 2006. The trend indicates Merom should reach over half of all mobile shipments by the end of Q1. anandtech.com If "exiting 2006" means all of Q4 then <25% may be accurate. If it applies to just the final few weeks, then I'd be somewhat surprised if CWM shipments were that low.
