One of the rapid treatments for migraine that can feed on a drop in blood sugar is keeping a supply of candy that helps raise the blood sugar fast.

Do hope they have researched carefully the additives or binders they are using.

Gatorade helps with blood sugar and supplying muscles but how much Gatorade can a person drink.

Thanks------will let my female friends who struggle with low blood sugar know. (I guess men do too-----but it seems to be mostly us women.)
