That was the trouble...The Comcast model was 6 years old, and caused everything to s...l...o..w . down, they came out and put a new one in. Comcast points their finger at the NetGear wireless, (less than 9 months old)... and NetGear has you talk to a tech in India IF you pay $35 or so, and then you can't understand the tech.....Last night he was on the phone for over 4 1/2 hours and it still does not work! So we're trying to deal with it...I can't get the work done that I need to because can't get the email..
