< there may have been isolated cases where Israelis shot non-combatant civilians> Don't make me laugh. You have human rights groups alleging war crimes. You have a widespread opinion based on what people saw and heard as Israel bombed Lebanon. People saw for themselves and believe there were war crimes. Until there has been a thorough investigation of these war crime charges then all we have is the deniers like you waving off the allegations. There are those who deny that Jews were butchered by the Germans. There are those who deny that Israel targets civilians. The world will believe that Israel committed war crimes until a trial has settled it one way or the other.
