The tax cuts are far from just being for the Paris Hilton set.

As for your other claims. Wages are flat true but total compensation is up. Unemployment is down from the levels of the recession that we were heading in to while Clinton was still president. Health care costs hasn't doubled. Energy costs would have gone up whoever was president. Manufacturing jobs are continuing their trend of decline that has been in place longer than I have been alive, and that is mostly do to increased productivity.
