ADVANCED GRAVIS (GrIP, UltraSound, GamePad) "IN PLAY".
As of today, Advanced Gravis (OTC:GRVSF)(TSE:AED) is "in play". Some of Gravis' shareholders have accepted a takeover price at $C.45/share. Gravis has 18+ million shares outstanding. Gravis recently won Best Technical Achievement for 1996, Computer Gaming World, and presented at May EEE, for the multiplayer Sony multitap-like Gravis GrIP. Gravis also mfg. of #1 selling Gravis GamePad, UltraSound PnP Pro (AMD InterWave /Gravis 10-year technology pact), FirebirdII, and most recently critically acclaimed product ever, the GamePad Pro. The $C.45 is absurd and is being legally challenged with class action(s) and injunctions. Gravis site on SI at Subject-1184.
