Several people have called the co. and asked about the SEC approval and for an explanation as to what the hold up is. Larry Schwatz, the CFO indicated to me that he expected the approval last Fri. and for sure early this week. As of yesterday the approval for the merger had not been received by LUNN from the SEC. I would think that this has to have the stock in a holding pattern.
