The collateral damage in one case meant risking the death of high Arab diplomats, Emirates in one case, Qatari in another, in another it meant risking the immediate death of 200 innocents. I know this is not a concern for the current administration, but perhaps that might explain why there is so much ill will against the United States in the world. You can't talk love, freedom and Jesus and then have zero qualms at the death of hundreds of thousands of innocent children, women and men. Perhaps Clinton's strategy was the wiser. Too bad President Bush never took heed of Clinton's final personal statements to him in the oval office.
