I did not know that fleas were the problem -- I thought the murder of innocent people was the problem. You misread. Obviously the Israelis infested Lebanon with fleas bio-engineered to bite only the Shiites so they would be so busy scratching that they wouldn't be able to fight and the invasion would end with a minimum number of deaths on both sides. The fleas bit only Sunnis and Druze and the plan failed.
