Embarrassed? Are they capable of that emotion?

Bush is making sure that his shady doings are covered by law before the house leadership changes hands. NSA spying, torture, are all topics that can get him in a lot of trouble come the new year....furthermore they are counting on the idea that americans are not paying attention.
