re: Bush is making sure that his shady doings are covered by law before the house leadership changes hands. NSA spying, torture, are all topics that can get him in a lot of trouble come the new year.... I agree. We are still a nation of the rule of law... I think. Bush, Cheney and Rummy are all vulnerable if we collectively come to our senses.
