That's quite an interesting post. Is this your own interpretation, or is someone else coming to the same conclusion?

If you're right, the answer to "Where's AMD's Conroe killer?" would be: "these isn't one". The idea is to go above Conroe with K8L quad for server, workstation and gamer, and below with low-power mobile and corporate Bulldozer. Seems like a sound strategy.
