If you don't mind sharing your space with them, they are entertaining and you end up an oasis in what would otherwise be an urban setting. I think they are grateful too.

I just love it when I see rabbits or quail or what ever in the yard. I even had a baby pileated woodpecker drinking out of the fountain last year.

We have pretty much left the property at the cabin natural and we get all sorts of wild life. Deer bed down at night and geese do too. We have a kingfisher that is sleeping in the bank at night and a heron right off the front of the cabin that fishes in the ponds.

I just love it!
