The revs they "steal" from Q4 should be more than replaced by "delayed" Q3 Europe revs moving to Q4. I took a stab at showing possible impacts this AM - see below. The NTT contract is a BIG win for the next three years - and if ASND becomes the same kind of "partner" with them as UUNET is today, lookout.
