My first digital camera was an HP 715, it took great pictures (for the time) and worked great. but there waas a design flaw in the case. I got in touch with HP and they offered to fix it at my expense for just over the price of a new camera. At the time I had an all HP system. Now I am slowly replacing everything, but don't even look to HP for products.....
