The physics of one object striking another, stationary object ALWAYS shows deceleration

The WTC shows deceleration. That is why the debris breaking off and pushed to the side is falling down faster than the floors are collapsing.

You are trying to imply that the deceleration is very dramatic. It' isn't. The (negative) acceleration is Force/Mass. The mass is the 100,000 tons of the top 20 floors while the force is the resistance of one additional floor which no longer has it's lateral bracing. It isn't going to slow down much.
-(Edit it isn't going to slow down at all!, what I meant to say is that the acceleration isn't reduced by very much, but it is still accelerating toward the ground)

When I watched your video of Dolph Lundgren breaking through the bricks I didn't see any slowing down of this hands downward momentum. Any change in acceleration (slowing down) would be experienced as a force on this hands, and if was too much he wouldn't have been able to do the encore.
