INNOTELCO, Inc. would like to provide updated information of what management has been involved in over the last few months, in an effort to keep investors and interested parties informed of its activities.

"The Company continues to see growth in a number of commodity market contracts, which we believe reflects the growing strength of INNOTELCO's new Long-Term Strategic Framework (LSF). The Company has focused its business strategy on two basic fields. First, final steps in the contract fulfillment process with Pan Atlantik, S.A. and second, selecting a strategic business partner who will be in a position to expedite this process and take the best advantage of the business solutions and global connections that INNOTELCO can provide," said Radomir Popovic, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "INNOTELCO continues to gain steam particularly in the commodity trading field, where we believe the battle for greater revenues will be won."

INNOTELCO has positioned itself by negotiating several opportunities for strategic alliances with reputable International trading companies based throughout North Africa, with extensive business connections across the market. Discussions with these companies have been based in large part on their ability to conclude contract fulfillment on an expeditious basis. This move will tie into the LSF philosophy that the company adopted as announced.

The Company expects the revenue generated from the commodity market contracts signed in the next quarter to be spread over several quarters on the forward-based market requirements of the underlying contracts.

The Company is moving forward with its plan to advance and improve shareholder information and communication and to increase share price to the real level. The Company will start promotion with an experienced and well reputable Investor Relations firm. A follow-up press release will give more details on the process.
