The rightwing CIA Phoenix Program beheaded many-many Vietnamese in the 1960's and early 1970's, under Nixon.

As I said, I am not defending terrorists who commit atrocities, merely pointing out that it is not a black and white world. Sometimes our side does things, inadvertently or deliberately which are just as horrific. We don't like to think about it but it's true. Also, the Berg beheading video was very suspicious. The whole thing could have been some kind of hoax.
