You're a little too early. Let's address the numbers post xmas. The hype is not dying, the fact that free radio has staged an assault on SIRI tells me they find it a threat. Are they assaulting XM? SIRI's best advertising is its customers.

I'm not sure which "assault" you are referring to.

But I do believe that looking at the numbers in January will paint a clearer picture -- not only with respect to the "Stern Effect", but also will give us an idea just how well XM's new marketing people are doing. CES should be interesting this year.
