GZ, its not a silly question.....read this article and tell me how you would decide what was needed? What we DO know, is that Mr. Rumsfeld and crowd got it wrong again and again...Look at the true millitary assessment that the political advisors, Rumsfeld and Wolfiewitz, shot down.

Even reading this three years later it makes me angry that these political hacks could overrule the military pros and still be in authority....Wolfiewitz is head of the World Bank, for God's sake.
