It has been stated publicly by IBIS in SEC filings that IBM was the purchaser of the implanter last year. If anyone is interested, the entire contract is available on Edgar. I don't recall which filing it is included in, probably a 10-Q. The contract allows for IBM to order an "unspecified" number of implanters in the future and places some restrictions on their ability to sell SOI wafers. Additionally, for those of you with RealAudio, through the IBIS web site you can listen to a presentation given to security analysts by Michael Alles of IBIS. Good luck to all.
