Not oil prices. They are meaningless to the average shmoo. Pump prices, those are all that matter and they need not have any relationship to the actual price of oil, for the next 2 months. They go up. They go down. The connection to crude is coincidental, thru November any way. Pretty sure they will be up in December though, regardless of the price of crude....
