All: Just one other thought on the slamming. One could
probably (safely) assume that ISGI was figuring on 35,000
CA customers spending $1000/year on LD which is $35Million
of their projected $100Million year. Subtract out the
$713,000 in fines + the additional shares leaves precious
little for us shareholders.

BTW: BPL: You said assuming the WORST, if CA accepts
the settlement... I beleive that is the best case senario.
If the judge rejects the settlement, it means more legal fees,
more distractions from the business, and a possibly worse settlement.
