Why do you keep telling this lie after several people have corrected you and you obviously know at this point that it IS a lie? It is XM 69 to Sirius 66; add in the 4 more channels XM has which do carry extremely small (2 mins/hour) commercials loads and you get 73 for XM. Consider that Sirius has several channels which are not real channels at all, carrying only one artist (Stones, Who, etc.) and the imbalance becomes REALLY lopsided.

Add to that the fact that XM carries about 12 or 15 excellent channels for online access only (at a higher bitrate than SIRI's weak 32kbps) and it the imbalance becomes funny.
