The problem was is there were only 40m shares out when the rollback happened so there was no reason at all for it. Then they did a private placement and Michael Townsend got almost 1.5 million shares at .075c with a warrants at .10c.

Issued and outstanding as at June 30, 2006: 14,797,708 common shares for a total value of $18,755,355.
Now here are the o/s warrants and options. Showing that now there are almost 30m.
