This is the issue that needs to be addressed. As you know, Reagan suspended shipments of cluster bombs to Israel because Israel was found to be using them against non-combatants. The same thing seems to have happened again and there is a below the surface inquiry going on in Washington. The targeting issue is real and it deserves to be fully investigated. I don't think most Americans would support targeting women and children -- and if this is going on as so many believe and as human rights organizations allege, then we should have the determination to know for certain one way or another. This is as basic as an issue gets -- what is the morality of the American people as defined by the center?
