To be sure, Kerry disappointed a lot of voters by his not having tried to prevent the use of the reliable and rigable Diebold machines in 2004 and by his decision to concede the election too soon and by his passiveness in the aftermath of the election. (I suspect that some of the disappointed supporters will be giving their support to, say, McCain and Powell.)

I understand those unreliable and rigable Diebold machines will be used again in the forthcoming November election. What measures, if any, has Kerry taken to ensure the elections will be fair and square in November?
