fault Bush for not vetoing the bills, but vetos aren't the only way that presidents can deal with unconstitutional laws.

I don't believe there were 750 pieces of legislation that were unconstitutional and I don't think Bush believed they were either. Probably the one law that was unconstitutional was where they tried to interfere in the treatment of T. Schiavo and Bush couldn't wait to sign it........in fact, he returned to DC earlier than expected so he would be available to sign it. So please, stop mind fukking.
