Now, now, now ... Townsend might be a "XYZ" but he can take credit for teaching me one very important lesson: The product is secondary The resource is secondary What counts are people and the people they surround themselves with. That is if you are an "INVESTOR". There are plays to play with and others to invest in ... I love RR's forum because it accommodates both styles. There is a "heads up", maybe a follow up or two and that's it. Like it, lump it or dump it. It's the sort of "shoot first and ask questions later scenario" aside from a few notable exceptions. In essence ... Raise "flags" but don't argue. Just play or not play. Most other forums / participants (myself included) get so caught up in FA that they miss short term opportunities. I consider this forum the cheapest NL I ever subscribed to.
