Mark - I think the answer is diversification. Many of these selling shareholders had options granted, or were in the stock years before we were. Some of them may have 10-baggers, and wish to cash in some chips.
As we all know in life, there are very few things we can be sure of. If I were in the shoes of some of these selling shareholders, I'd probably be doing the same thing, but then again I'm not in the stock at 1-1.50 a share.

Regarding suspect financial dealings, I would like to post a link to what may become a way of life in cyberspace - paid posters to electronic bulletin boards (SI) included. See link below:
