And that 59 million is only the liscensing fee. It does not count staff, travel expenses, production costs, overhead, etc. for the production of nearly 2,420 MLB baseball games each year.

XM simply rebroadcasts the home teams radio feed. I doubt there are "travel expenses" or any such "overhead" costs involved in that.
There are expenses for the staff to do the commentary shows on the baseball channel they have.
