Typically "WE" do not investigate such incidents by other countries and we would not want them to investigate our incidents. They investigate their own incidents.

I think people want to know with greater clarity what on earth happened -- were civilians targeted or not?

There has been no good evidence that suggests they have been. To be fair individual incidents could happen without such evidence becoming available. OTOH a systematic campaign would probably leave evidence and sooner or later there would be leaks.

and GST has a mental problem

I never said or even implied that. "In your head" can mean mistakes, misunderstanding of the fact, poor logic and reason, bias, etc. None of which implies that you have some mental/emotional disorder.

When our commission of war crimes has become "normal" for us, we have lost something precious -- our basic human values.

If commission of war crimes becomes normal and fully acceptable than our values have changed, and the change is quite negative. But since it has not the idea isn't very relevant to reality.
